Free Quotation Templates
After creating Invoice Templates, I decided to create Quotation Templates as well. I always consider Quotation and Invoice as part of one process i.e. sales transaction. First of all, a customer asks for Quotation and once he agreed with the terms and conditions, he steps forward for a transaction that requires an invoice to be generated. So Invoice Template without Quotation Template is an incomplete task and hence I completed it today. Please let me know your views on this by posting comments.
It is highly recommended for you make this Sales Quotation on your company’s letterhead because it looks more professional this way. First, put your name on the quote document and then provide the name of the customer who requires this quote along with the date. Then, enroll all the services you are willing to provide the clients along with the name of the business company for each kind of service respectively. Then, mention the charges for each kind of service and if you want, you can also provide the payment schedule and time.

Under all settings they are working for, consultants charge for all their practical and virtual assistance. When a customer visits a consultant and asks about their service, these professionals provide them consultancy and finally a consultancy price quotation called Consultant Quotation. Consultant Quotation is a document that the consultants provide to their customers and clients on demand and contains the price details for consultancy services.
Consultant Quotation is very simple to design you can do it yourself by following some tips and guidelines described here. This document is created and printed on the company’s official letterhead. It does not only make the document more authentic but also one can claim it in case of any legal disputes in the future.
Put the registration number assigned by government agencies in one of the corners. Mention the name of the consultant and customer with complete contact information of both parties. Enlist all the consultancy services that are to be provided to the client. If you deal with multiple fields, it’s better to make separate categories for each kind of service provided. Make another field to mention the charges for each service along with payment terms, procedures, and duration to pay in full in a very clear manner. Special offers and discounts always attract customers. If you have any offers for a particular field, service, or criteria, don’t forget to mention them in Consultant Quotation.
At last, mention the terms and conditions which you want your customer to agree upon such as during the ceremony, the photographer won’t stay in a hotel less than 4 stars or the assigned photographer is a vegetarian, etc. If you want to offer a special discount to the client, that needs to be mentioned at the end of the quote. Get the Photographer Quotation signed or approved by the supervisor first and then hand it over to the customer.
